These terms apply to your use of the SupplyZoo website before the marketplace launches. By using the website or joining early access, you accept them.
1. The website
SupplyZoo is preparing to launch a B2B wholesale marketplace. This website gives information about the platform and lets businesses sign up for early access. No products can be bought or sold on this website yet.
2. Early access
Joining early access is free and does not oblige you to anything. It does not guarantee a place on the platform, a specific launch date or specific prices. All businesses on SupplyZoo will be checked on a valid VAT number before they can trade.
3. Information on this website
We describe planned features, pricing and conditions in good faith. They may still change before launch. The binding terms for the marketplace, including subscription fees, transaction fees and the returns policy, will be published and accepted separately when you create an account.
4. Business users only
SupplyZoo is built for businesses. By signing up, you confirm that you act on behalf of a business and not as a consumer.
5. Intellectual property
The SupplyZoo name, logo, texts and design of this website belong to SupplyZoo. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
6. Liability
We do our best to keep this website correct and available, but cannot guarantee that it is always error-free or online. SupplyZoo is not liable for damage resulting from the use of this pre-launch website, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the competent courts of Belgium.
