This policy explains which personal data SupplyZoo collects through this website, why, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect
- Early access sign-up: your business email address and whether you signed up as a supplier or a buyer.
- Contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional) and your message.
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver the website and keep it secure.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Why we use it
- To email you about the launch of SupplyZoo and early access, based on your consent.
- To answer questions sent through the contact form, based on your request.
- To run and secure the website, based on our legitimate interest.
We never sell your data and never share it with other companies for their marketing.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify hosts this website and stores form submissions. Netlify is based in the United States; transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Google Fonts delivers the fonts on this website, which means your browser connects to Google servers.
- If we later send launch emails through a mailing service, it only receives the data needed to send those emails.
How long we keep it
Sign-up emails are kept until launch and for as long as you stay subscribed. Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months after the conversation ends. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, limit its use, or receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying to any email from us or by contacting hello@supplyzoo.com. We answer within one month.
If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données) at dataprotectionauthority.be.
Changes
When SupplyZoo launches as a marketplace, we will update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
